Every company has an origin. For Redland, the story begins in Puerto Rico, where brothers Archie and Jose Soto developed a deep appreciation for community, hard work, and the importance of looking out for one another.
Those values remained with them as they moved to the United States and built their careers in heavy civil construction. Through years of field leadership experience at Webber, a Ferrovial company, they gained the industry knowledge, expertise, and understanding of complex infrastructure projects that would shape their future.
The Soto Brothers also carried a belief that the strength of any company comes down to its people. That hard work deserves to be recognized, and the people you work alongside should feel like family.
In 2022, Archie and Jose brought those beliefs and their professional experience together to establish Redland Construction. Their vision was to be more than a heavy civil subcontractor. They wanted to create a company where people could grow together, take pride in their work, and build lasting relationships.
Today, those principles remain at the heart of Redland—shaping how we lead, how we work, and how we partner with others.
We believe in creating an environment where people are supported, valued, and given the opportunity to succeed.
We value the knowledge, skill, and effort behind great work.
We take ownership, continually improve, and hold ourselves to the highest standard.
